Absolutely. You can attend whatever your faith, or if you have none! When you come for the first time please be sure to let the greeters know you are a newcomer, and fill out a yellow card that you will be given by the greeters. Back to top
Is there a dress code?
No. The Bible isn't specifically concerned about how we look on the outside or about the clothes we wear when we worship God. Some people prefer to dress more formally as a symbol of respect. But generally the guideline is to be sensible and wear clothes that will not distract others. Back to topWhat kind of church is Temple?
Temple is a Baptist church located in central Montreal, Canada. We are a diverse church, and many of our members come from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds, but we are all united by our common interest in learning more about what God has done for us through his Son, Jesus Christ. TBC believes in the priesthood of all believers. Our ministry staff work along side the congregation while training leaders within the church. The pastoral staff is supported by a Board of Elders. The general business of the church is handled by the Group Ministry. Back to topDoes TBC have infant baptism?
No. TBC believes in a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Saviour as a pre-requisite to baptism. Baptism is by immersion after this commitment. Back to topDoes TBC have infant dedications?
